The City of Brownsville is inviting residents to come together for an evening focused on safety, preparedness, and community connection at the upcoming One City Information and All-Hazards Preparedness Fair.
The event will bring together city departments, first responders, and community partners in one location, allowing attendees to learn more about local services and emergency preparedness efforts.
Families can explore interactive booths, watch live safety demonstrations, and get an up-close look at emergency vehicles used by police, fire, and other response teams. Organizers say the fair is designed to be both educational and engaging, helping residents better understand how to prepare for potential hazards while enjoying a family-friendly atmosphere.
City officials encourage residents of all ages to attend, ask questions, and connect with the teams that serve the community every day.
The One City Information and All-Hazards Preparedness Fair will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brownsville Events Center, located at 1 Events Center Blvd.
