Today, the City of Brownsville is launching a new Service Management System to improve our Call Center and 546-HELP services.
Residents will now have more ways to request assistance or report a problem:

The new system will help the City provide:
- Faster routing of requests to the correct department
- Better tracking from submission through completion
- Improved coordination among City departments
- More timely updates and clearer communication

The ways residents currently contact us will remain available. What is changing is how the City receives, assigns, tracks, and completes each request.
