BROWNSVILLE, Texas — A U.S. Border Patrol agent pleaded guilty Wednesday in Brownsville federal court to possession of child sexual abuse material, according to a published report based on federal court records.
Eduardo Longoria entered the plea without an agreement with prosecutors. A federal judge scheduled his sentencing for December.
