The Brownsville City Commission is the City’s legislative body, your neighbors elected to set policy, pass local laws, and guide priorities that shape daily life. The seven-member Commission (Mayor, two at-large Commissioners, and four single-member district Commissioners) adopts the budget, approves major projects, and provides oversight of City services under the City Charter.
