The City of Brownsville is asking residents and stakeholders to share their vision for the future of Downtown Brownsville as it develops its new Downtown Renaissance Master Plan, a comprehensive, long-term strategy designed to guide revitalization efforts over the next 5 to 10 years.
The plan aims to shape a more vibrant, accessible, and inclusive downtown by prioritizing improvements in land use, walkability, housing, public spaces, infrastructure, parking, economic development, and the preservation of Brownsville’s unique architectural, historical, and cultural identity.
