BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Brownsville has launched an upgraded 546-HELP service request system intended to give residents a clearer way to report concerns, follow progress and receive updates from City departments.
The city said residents may continue using the Call Center and 546-HELP service while also submitting and tracking requests through a new online portal. The system is intended to route requests to the appropriate department, improve coordination and help the city identify recurring issues.
The service applies to concerns such as potholes, street conditions and other matters requiring City assistance. The city said the existing ways residents contact it will remain available as the new system is implemented.
