Everyone loves a parade, especially one that honors our nation’s heroes. The City of Brownsville, in collaboration with the Southmost Veterans Day Parade Committee, is proud to announce its 25th Annual Veterans Parade, scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

The parade is a beloved community tradition that pays tribute to the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces. This celebration recognizes their sacrifices and honors their role in protecting the freedoms and values that keep our nation strong.

The parade route will begin at Porter High School, travel down Coolidge Street, continue along Southmost Boulevard, and conclude at Cromack Elementary School, located at Southmost Road and 30th Street.

The Southmost Veterans Day Parade Committee has partnered with the City to help plan and organize this year’s milestone event, ensuring that the community can come together to honor Veterans meaningfully.

The City encourages residents, organizations, schools, and community groups to participate and line the streets to support local Veterans.
