BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Students at Texas Southmost College and UTRGV can ride BMetro buses free during the fall semester by showing a valid college identification card to the driver.
The City of Brownsville said the program is intended to make transportation to classes, work and other destinations more affordable and convenient. Students can use the city's fixed-route network without paying a fare while the program is in effect.
Route maps, schedules and service updates are available through BMetro and the City of Brownsville.
