BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Brownsville Parks and Recreation is bringing back its free Kayaking on Trails program at the Brownsville Events Center, offering residents another opportunity to get on the water this summer.
Two sessions were announced:
- Saturday, Aug. 22, at 9 a.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 29, at 6:45 p.m.
Registration is free, but space is limited. At the time of the city’s Aug. 11 announcement, nine spaces remained for the Aug. 22 session. The Aug. 29 session was full, with a waitlist available.
The program is presented with Brownsville Kayaks LLC. Residents seeking current availability or additional information may call 956-371-4175.
