Texas Southmost College trustees Alejandra Aldrete, J.J. De Leon and Edgar Garcia were sworn in during a special meeting at Jacob Brown Auditorium on June 22.
Aldrete, who was reelected to Place 2, said she remains focused on serving students, families, taxpayers and the broader community. De Leon, elected to Place 1, said student success will guide his work on the board.
Garcia, who represents Place 5, said he is committed to continuing the service he began after joining the board to complete the late Ruben Herrera term.
The TSC Board of Trustees includes Delia Saenz, Dr. Norma Lopez-Harris, Tony Zavaleta, Alejandra Aldrete, Edward C. Camarillo, Edgar E. Garcia and J.J. De Leon.
