The Brownsville Public Library System invites the public to a special celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the Southmost Branch Library. The event, titled “We’re Turning 20 — Let’s Party, Southmost!” will take place on Wednesday, September 24, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the library, located at 4320 Southmost Boulevard.
