What would you like to see next at your Brownsville Public Library System? New programs? Expanded services? More opportunities for learning, technology, creativity, or community connection?
The Brownsville Public Library System is inviting residents to help answer those questions by participating in upcoming Library Town Hall and Focus Group sessions.
These community conversations will give residents an opportunity to share ideas, provide feedback, and suggest programs and services they would like to see at their local libraries. Input gathered during the sessions will help guide efforts to ensure the library continues to meet the evolving needs of Brownsville residents of all ages.
Libraries are more than places to find books. They serve as community spaces where residents can learn, connect, access technology, discover resources, and participate in educational and cultural programs. That is why hearing directly from the people who use and benefit from these services is an important part of planning for the future.
The community is encouraged to attend one of two upcoming sessions:
Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Main Branch, 2600 Central Blvd.
Thursday, Oct. 1, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Southmost Branch, 4320 Southmost Blvd.
