BROWNSVILLE, Texas — The City of Brownsville announced a temporary street closure in downtown Brownsville on Sunday, Nov. 8, to accommodate Noche en Garibaldi.
E. 11th Street, between E. Adams and E. Washington streets, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. The event is organized by Mr. Amigo with support from the City of Brownsville Parks and Recreation Department.
The city said temporary traffic-control devices, barricades and signs will be placed in the area to assist motorists and pedestrians. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow additional travel time while the closure is in effect.
