HARLINGEN, Texas – Engineering firm Garver opened a new Harlingen office Oct. 13, expanding the company’s regional presence and its capacity to support water and wastewater infrastructure work across South Texas.
The office serves as the next stage of growth for Garver’s Harlingen Water Design Center, which the company established in 2017. The center includes teams working in planning, engineering, construction and operations for water and wastewater facilities.
Harlingen officials and representatives of the Harlingen Economic Development Corporation and Greater Chamber of Harlingen joined the company for a ribbon-cutting and open house.
The new facility is part of Garver’s continued investment in the Rio Grande Valley. The company said the office is intended to support ongoing work for public infrastructure clients in South Texas and beyond.
