The City of Brownsville is advising motorists of upcoming roadway improvements on Morrison Road and Pablo Kisel Boulevard that will require temporary street closures.
The closures will be in effect from Sunday, August 9, at 8:00 PM through Monday, August 10, at 5:00 PM as crews mill and repave the roadway to provide a smoother, safer driving surface for the community.
Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, expect possible delays, and use alternate routes when traveling through the area during construction.
Access to nearby businesses will remain open throughout the project, allowing customers to continue visiting local establishments while work is underway.
The City of Brownsville appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as these infrastructure improvements are completed to enhance the city’s transportation network.
